Every day brings variety, challenge, and the chance to shape the future performance of the asset. Key Responsibilities Facilities & Contract Oversight – Manage reactive and preventative maintenance, monitor contractor performance, and support tendering and service agreement management. Operational & Service Desk Response – Act as the primary 24/7 contact for FM issues, reviewing service desk data to identify trends and implement improvements. Project & Financial Management – Deliver capital and tenant projects end‑to‑end, contribute to annual OPEX/CAPEX planning, and drive cost‑efficiency initiatives. Client & Stakeholder Engagement – Build strong relationships with clients, tenants, and contractors while ensuring asset performance and contract obligations are met. Health, Safety & Compliance Leadership – Conduct H&S inspections and hazard audits, action compliance requirements, and champion safe working practices across the site. Sustainability & Asset Performance – Support sustainability initiatives, assess asset performance data, and contribute to strategic long‑term planning.
