REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor of Engineering or equivalent
  • At least 8 years data center facilities experience
  • Operational experience with managing data centre M&E infrastructure facility equipment/ systems, experience managing colocations are preferred
  • Proven experience in customer management/ managing demanding customers
  • Detailed and careful in submissions and reporting
  • Able to display good analytical and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities
  • Responsible to lead the team in the operations and maintenance of the M&E Services in client’s colocation Data Centers
  • Provide leadership and guidance to teams and responsible for the service deliverables, performance of the team and delivery of Service Level Agreement.
  • Oversee the day-to-day operation and manage a team of engineers and to be on standby with 24/7 on-call emergency response and availability.
  • Maintaining M&E Services infrastructure and coordinating with vendors.
  • Manage and plan for MEP preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance.
  • Manage and plan for annual shutdown.
  • Prepare incident reports, monthly reports and conducts meetings.
  • Manage contractors and projects.
  • Manage client enquiries and requests.
  • To review and approve maintenance master plan for planned preventive maintenance, cyclical parts replacement, major maintenance and overhaul works.
  • To act as the 2nd level of escalation for ensuring that Employer’s call for attendance to Incident is answered within the duration stipulated.
  • To review, approve and submit Incident report with root cause analysis within the duration stipulated.
  • To review the quality of documentation submitted for raising Request For Change.
  • To review, approve and submit quotations for corrective maintenance, Additions & Alterations and ad-hoc works as requested.
  • To review turnaround time and quality of corrective maintenance, Additions & Alterations and ad-hoc works as requested.
