Position Summary Odyssey Systems is recruiting to fill an Sr. Facilities Manager role supporting the supporting the ISR/SOF Directorate (AFLCMC/WI), who is responsible for equipping our warfighters to win the fight. The Directorate executes a $22 billion acquisition portfolio developing, producing, testing, modifying, fielding, and supporting Air Force ISR and SOF platforms, and related sub-systems. Program description: The ISR/SOF Directorate has the collective Air Force Materiel Command (AFMC) mission responsibility for equipping ISR & SOF warfighters to dominate the battlespace. Responsibilities Duties include, but are not limited to: Support the WI ISR & SOF Directorate as a facilities manager. Perform work in a wide range of support and management assignments such as managing the design, planning, construction and maintenance of equipment, machinery, buildings, and other facilities. Manage the upkeep of equipment and supplies to meet health and safety standards. Maintain information on safety certifications and inspections, including, warranties, instructions and specifications. Manage data, adjust and track work orders using TRIREGA or other government approved system. Dispatch service calls and do-it-now emergency response teams; emergency calls or safety related issues will be reported within 1 hour/ routine requests submitted within 24 hours. Oversee the assignment of reserved parking spaces, oversee the cleaning and maintenance of facility, and manage major facility modifications/repairs (i.e., HVAC, plumbing, electrical and structural changes). Perform minor facility repairs (i.e., light bulb replacements, hand-tool adjustments for tightening items, hang approved wall pictures, building temperature adjustments, etc.). Assist with organizing and planning for moves, reconfiguration of workspace and furniture maintenance. Manage facility access keys and issue keys and maintain a log of all keys issued. Provide the personnel and services to conduct daily safety inspections of the facilities to identify any possible hazards using the checklist provided in the Facility Management Handbook. Provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, vehicles, supervision, and other items and services necessary to perform facilities property management. Qualifications Citizenship: US Citizen Clearance: Secret Certifications: N/A Minimum Qualifications: Master’s or Doctorate Degree in a related field and ten years of experience in the respective technical / professional discipline being performed, five years of which must be in the DoD. OR bachelor’s degree in a related field and 12 years of experience in the respective technical/professional discipline being performed, five of which must be in the DoD.
