JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Facility Manager to oversee the efficient operation and maintenance of our facilities. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership abilities and a comprehensive understanding of facility management, including HVAC systems, programmable logic controllers, and maintenance management. This role requires a proactive approach to ensuring that all facilities are maintained to the highest standards, promoting safety and efficiency within the workplace.

EXPERIENCE

  • Proven experience in facilities management or a related field is essential.
  • Strong management skills with a focus on supervising teams effectively.
  • Mechanical knowledge is required, along with experience in industrial maintenance practices.
  • Familiarity with programmable logic controllers (PLC) is preferred.
  • Proficient in English, both written and verbal communication skills are necessary for effective collaboration across departments.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage all aspects of facility operations, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and best practices.
  • Supervise maintenance staff, providing guidance and support in their daily tasks.
  • Oversee the maintenance management system (CMMS) to track work orders, schedules, and inventory.
  • Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify maintenance needs and ensure compliance with schematics.
  • Manage HVAC systems, electrical systems (including high and low voltage), and mechanical equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  • Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and extend equipment life.
  • Coordinate with external contractors for specialized maintenance projects as needed.
  • Utilize project management skills to oversee facility improvement initiatives from conception through completion.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including repairs performed with tools such as an ohmmeter.
