Description Hinckley Yachts Production is seeking a Senior Facilities Manager to oversee and elevate our Trenton, Maine campus where precision, innovation, and tradition come together to build world-class yachts. The Senior Facilities Manager is responsible for overseeing the maintenance, safety, and overall functionality of company facilities. This role manages vendor and subcontractor relationships, ensures compliance with safety and regulatory standards, and performs or oversees repairs and maintenance to support efficient operations. Requirements Oversee day-to-day facility operations across assigned locations Performing regular inspections, preventative maintenance, diagnosing, troubleshooting and repairing some mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and other issues as they arise. Light carpentry, fixture, deck and other repairs as necessary. Troubleshoot maintenance issues and effectively communicate with leadership to execute a plan to solve issues. Monitors production floor safety/first aid stations and monitors safety equipment distribution Member of safety committee and reports and repairs hazards in the work place to ensure employee safety Coordinate and manage subcontractors, vendors, and service providers, ensuring quality work and cost efficiency Develop and maintain relationships with external contractors and suppliers Perform and/or supervise routine maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, etc.) Conduct regular facility inspections to identify issues and ensure compliance with safety standards Manage preventative maintenance programs to reduce downtime and extend equipment life Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, including OSHA standards Develop and manage facility budgets, including tracking expenses and approving vendor invoices Respond to emergency maintenance issues and coordinate timely resolutions Support space planning, renovations, and facility improvement projects Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, contracts, and compliance documentation Perform other related duties as necessary and assigned Qualifications 5+ years of experience in facilities management or a related field Experience managing subcontractors, vendors, and service contracts Strong knowledge of building systems, maintenance practices, and safety regulations Hands-on experience with repairs and general maintenance preferred Strong organizational and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities Excellent communication and leadership skills Proficiency in facility management software and Microsoft Office
