Description
The West Kowloon Cultural District Authority welcomes exceptional talent with a passion to realise the vision and mission of making the West Kowloon Cultural District a prime local and international destination for arts, culture and entertainment. You will work in the District Facility Services Department, reporting to the Senior Manager, Facilities Management. You will be responsible for: liaising and coordinating with the relevant authorities, user departments, service providers and tenants on facilities management matters of a new performing arts venue; assisting in managing and supervising day-to-day operations, including cleaning, landscaping and security; preparing defect lists for irregularities and non-compliance during the building takeover period / projects completion, and assisting the supervisor in following up with contractors; conducting routine inspections and compiling inspection reports; managing and supervising the outsourced Property Management service provider(s) to ensure quality services are delivered in compliance with SLA and KPI requirements; ensuring reports submitted by the outsourced Property Management service provider(s) are accurate and timely as required; assisting in preparing procurement documentation e.g. quotation documents, purchase orders, and proceed goods receive, etc.; working with the outsourced Property Management service provider(s) to maintain and update standard operating procedures, training manuals, deployment plans and routine working schedules, etc.; assisting in managing emergency incidents, and responding to any incident in a timely and effective manner; and performing any other duties from time to time as reasonably assigned by the Authority. You should: possess a higher Diploma or above in Facilities Management/ Property Management or equivalent; have minimum 3 years of relevant experience in facilities / property management; have good knowledge of MS Word, Excel and other PC applications; have good command of spoken and written English and Cantonese, especially in report writing; and have knowledge of Hong Kong Building / Property Management regulations and Ordinances, as well as environmental, sustainability and other building operation guidelines.
