This position is ideal for candidates with 10 or more years of legal experience who is licensed and in good standing to practice law in Michigan. Practice Focus This role centers on leading complex legal matters in family law and estate planning. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in: Divorce, custody, and parenting time litigation Child support and property division Estate and trust administration Guardianships, conservatorships, and probate proceedings Key Responsibilities The Senior Attorney will be expected to: Independently manage and resolve high-stakes cases Provide strategic counsel and advocacy in court and mediation Draft and oversee legal documents and case preparation Lead evidentiary hearings and trials Build and maintain strong client relationships Qualifications We're looking for a candidate who demonstrates: 10+ years of legal practice, preferred, with substantial litigation experience in family law and estate matters Proven ability to manage complex cases and deliver successful outcomes Exceptional written and oral advocacy skills Strong leadership, mentoring, and client development capabilities Commitment to professional ethics and community involvement
