Job Description Aurora Dairies are currently seeking a Senior Farm Hand (or Farm Hand) for a dairy farm in near Elizabeth Town, Tasmania, located 20 minutes from Deloraine. This farm is approximately 650ha with 315ha under 6 centre pivot irrigation system peaking at 1300 cows, through a 54 bail rotary shed with ACR’s, auto teat spray and auto drafting with a Delpro computer system able to individually feed to production. The farm is 100% Spring calving beginning in mid-July with a mixed size herd with both small & large frame cows. The farm runs 3 herds most of the year and use Halter to assist with easy entry & exit from paddocks and dairy.
