Due to the remote location this position would suit a single or married candidate with no kids.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

  • Full Driver’s license.
  • Minimum AQF 3 Chemical Accreditation Course completion (ChemCERT).
  • Tertiary qualification in Agricultural strongly desired – this includes Certificates III and Certificates IV in agriculture.
  • Extensive experience in farming or related Kield, with a proven track record of successful farm management.
  • In-depth knowledge of agronomy, animal husbandry, and agricultural economics.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills, with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, for collaborating with farm management and team members.
  • Minimum of 5-years operational experience.
  • Demonstrates exceptional proficiency and expertise in all aspects of farm operations.
  • Exhibits strong leadership qualities and the ability to inspire and mentor others.
  • Maintains a strategic focus on long-term goals and sustainability objectives.
  • Adapts quickly to changing circumstances and effectively manages resources to optimize outcomes.
  • Maintains a commitment to continuous learning and professional development
