Description
Intermediate / Senior Field Engineer : Primarily based on the construction site. Supporting Construction Managers / Site Superintendents focuses on execution, technical accuracy, and solving immediate on-site problems. Construction field engineer acts as a liaison, ensuring execution teams are fully supported with work packages and technical information. Effectively assisting to provide solutions to issues found at site. Experienced with Multi -discipline industrial construction projects onsite. 3 to 5 Years site experience Site Position Willing to travel. Key Roles and Responsibilities: Technical Oversight & Quality Control: Assist in the building of Site Construction Work packages. Interpret contract drawings, specifications, and shop drawings to ensure field crews install work accurately within accepted tolerances. Verify as-built drawings are maintained and completed on schedule. Identify and resolve technical discrepancies or design conflicts in the field. Conducting inspections to ensure installations comply with codes, standards, and specifications, as well as monitoring onsite materials testing. Site Management & Supervision: Coordinate subcontractors and direct on-site technicians to ensure efficiency. Assist to coordinate material deliveries and track inventory to prevent project delays. Assist field operations, including equipment scheduling and work plan preparation. Safety & Compliance: Embrace company Health & Safety Programs and participate in Job Hazard Analysis (JHA). Ensure all construction activities comply with local building codes, environmental regulations, and safety standards. Documentation & Reporting: Prepare daily progress reports, documenting labor hours, material usage, and site conditions. Manage Requests for Information (RFIs) and track their status to keep the project moving and updating project records. Record meeting minutes for subcontractor coordination and safety briefings. Tracking project execution progress Manage daily time-sheets from site crews. Requirements: Experienced with Multi -discipline industrial construction projects onsite. 3 to 5 Years site experience Site Position Willing to travel.
