REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven B2B marketing experience, preferably in software or technology
  • Demonstrable email, digital and events experience
  • Proven experience implementing marketing automation campaigns in Pardot
  • Demonstrable Account-Based Marketing campaign execution
  • Experience working with social media as sales/marketing tools
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills in English and native proficiency in German. Other European languages are a plus.
  • Positive attitude with strong listening and presentation skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritise, and manage time effectively
  • Degree level education or qualifications

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute lead generation and ABM campaigns using direct, digital and event tactics
  • Build and manage target prospect data, CRM, reporting and analysis to company standards
  • Deliver marketing qualified leads to agreed targets to meet the DACH business objectives
  • Manage online and offline events including webinars, seminars, and trade shows
  • Establish territory marketing plans and go-to-market strategies
  • Localize brand content on the website, create texts for various cross-channel campaigns (texts, mailings, presentations etc.)
  • Build our DACH reputation via trade, social and vertical media
  • Work closely with the DACH sales team, management, consulting, external agencies, and service providers.
  • Work with the global marketing team to adapt initiatives to DACH region
  • Measure, report, and analyze demand generation projects and performance
