We’re looking for a Senior Field Marketing Specialist EMEA & LATAM to join the Regional Marketing team in Helsinki or Dublin!

As a Senior Field Marketing Specialist EMEA & LATAM, you will play a key role in generating awareness, consideration, and engagement with Supermetrics prospects and customers in EMEA and LATAM. We’re looking for a results-oriented, and experienced marketer with experience from outbound marketing as well as marketing for existing customers. Responsibilities include supporting the development and implementation of our event-led GTM strategy in EMEA & LATAM. The right candidate will have experience from working within B2B SaaS supporting both Enterprise and high-velocity sales cycles in a rapid growth type of environment.
Ideally, you’ll be located in Helsinki or Dublin. Nevertheless, we work tightly together online by having regular catch-ups with the team!

Your day-to-day work and responsibilities will include:

  • Working closely with the EMEA & LATAM outbound and expansion teams to meet pipeline and lead generation goals.
  • Support the development and implementation of our event-led GTM strategy in EMEA & LATAM.
  • Setting clear objectives and targets for events and campaigns you’re running, alongside plans for how to meet these and improve the ways we track the success of our events and campaigns.
  • Work closely with several stakeholders within the marketing team as well as, for example, sales and customer success teams.
  • Coming up with new and innovative ideas and continually improving the processes and execution excellence, identifying optimisation and efficiency opportunities.
  • Working within a budget and managing spending accordingly.

This role is for you if you have:

  • 3-5+ years of experience from relevant work.
  • Experience from outbound marketing as well as marketing for existing customers.
  • Experience from working within B2B SaaS supporting both Enterprise and high-velocity sales cycles in a rapid growth type of environment.
  • Hands-on experience in managing the end-to-end process for both live and virtual events as well as webinars.
  • Great collaboration skills with the ability to successfully partner with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong sense of ownership; excellent with project/time management and the ability to manage multiple events and campaigns with a keen eye for detail.
  • Excellent organization and problem solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey intricate ideas in a simple, clear, and concise way.
  • Strong track record of leading complex projects from vision to launch with significant autonomy.
  • Good understanding of cultural differences and what works best in each county/region.
  • Ability to travel.
