Description
Follow up customer agreements and customer satisfaction through planning, execution, documentation and invoicing of service tasks. Ensure update of customer information, technical documentation and input to correct invoicing of customers. Support customers in technical questions (phone and/ or mail). Support own colleagues in Service department and sales with technical knowledge. Responsilities over the service request realization (timing, effectiveness) and service sales budget realization. Proactively be involved in scheduling and planning of works for the FSEs Actively support and work to be in line with goals and performance KPI´s. Secure timely reporting and technical reports are done in connection to each individual work. Cooperate with Project Managers in projects supporting in plannnig and commissioning scheduling. Offer support for high profile clients, providing technical advice and attending site visits as required. Maintain direct links with business units (HPO) in technical issues. Associate Enginner in Electrical UPS 1-phase/3-phase systems, Battery backup, emergency supply. Communication skills / Customer Focus / Flexibility / Be able to work together with different cultures / Able to follow instructions
