We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sr Field Service Supervisor to lead our team in delivering outstanding support and solutions for our security integrations. This role will be crucial in strengthening relationships with security end users and integrators, ensuring seamless deployment of Honeywell Vindicator products, and maintaining high standards of service excellence. As a Senior Field Service Supervisor here at Honeywell, you will lead the Vindicator Technologies service/project operations to deliver best in class services to exceed customer expectations and deliver planned financial performance. Develop skills, information and management discipline necessary to deliver services in a timely manner at planned gross margins leveraging Honeywell tools, processes and best practices. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Managing a portfolio of government contracts within global locations. To lead a team of Field Service Technicians in partnership with Honeywell sub-contractors to deliver planned installation and reactive maintenance service in compliance with contract KPIs, SLA's and Honeywell and Customer requirements. Typical services covered are: Global US Government Customer Base Vindicator Intrusion Detection Systems Vindicator Access control systems Integrated CCTV systems Leadership and Team Management: Lead, mentor, and manage the Professional Services team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture. Develop training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of team members on Honeywell Vindicator systems and integrations. Assign and schedule field service technicians to meet customer demands and service level agreements. Client Engagement and Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key security integrators and customers. Serve as the primary point of contact for escalated service issues and ensure timely resolution. Project Management: Oversee project planning, execution, and delivery for integrator professional services. Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of clients. Service Improvement and Innovation: Evaluate existing service offerings and identify areas for improvement. Work closely with the product development team to provide feedback on customer needs and expectations. Technical Expertise: Maintain a deep understanding of Honeywell Vindicator products and security integration solutions. Provide technical guidance and support to integrators during installation and troubleshooting processes. Reporting and Performance Metrics: Develop and track performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of the Professional Services team. Prepare regular reports on service delivery, project status, and client satisfaction.
