We’re looking for a Senior Field Service Technician II who’s ready to roll up their sleeves, travel, and be part of a team building cutting-edge solutions. What You’ll Do Install, troubleshoot, and service robotic and automated systems at customer sites. Work directly on the production floor — diagnosing electrical, mechanical, and PLC issues (Allen Bradley, Siemens, etc.). Use your tools and problem-solving skills to keep systems running — not just behind a desk, but hands-on. Collaborate with engineers and customers to ensure smooth installs, maintenance, and upgrades. Travel regularly up to 75% across the U.S. and internationally to support projects. What We’re Looking For Experience with hands-on troubleshooting of automation, robotics, or industrial equipment. Familiarity with PLC programming/troubleshooting (Allen Bradley or Siemens preferred). Strong mechanical/electrical aptitude — comfortable “turning wrenches” and working in real-world environments. Problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced, changing environment. Willingness to travel and represent NOVA Automation at customer sites. Veterans, trade school grads, and candidates with related field service experience encouraged to apply.
