We’re looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our Finance Team on a permanent contract, who demonstrates our core values and a willingness to learn to build a rewarding career.

Responsibilities

The Senior Finance Administrator sits within the wider Internal Finance department and will work across the Trust Group, providing an administration service within the finance function. Your focus will primarily be assisting with the internal financial reporting, working closely with the Finance Assistant Manager / Manager.

You’ll be working in a friendly and progressive environment to undertake duties including:

  • assisting with preparation of quarterly and year end internal reporting and the annual financial statements, working closely with the Finance Assistant Manager / Manager
  • assisting with debt collection, cash flow management and analysis of spending
  • undertaking general administrative duties of the finance department, and supporting with bookkeeping where required
  • ensuring records of all time and fee transactions are kept up to date
  • liaising with colleagues in relation to timesheets and disbursements
  • obtaining approval for expense invoices received and draft payment instructions
  • reconciling bank accounts on a weekly basis
  • liaising with clients and associates
  • ensuring completion of the PlainSail timekeeping system
