Position Overview We are looking for a Senior Finance Administrator with strong expertise in Accounts Payable (AP) and ERP systems to join our finance team. This role requires a proactive professional with excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage complex financial processes. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion ERP and a proven track record in AP operations. Primary Responsibilities Accounts Payable Leadership Review, validate, and process A/P invoices ensuring compliance with company policies. Match invoices to purchase orders and other source documents accurately. Oversee AP workflows and resolve discrepancies promptly. ERP System Management Utilize Oracle Fusion ERP for financial transactions and reporting. Ensure data integrity and accuracy within the ERP system. Support system enhancements and troubleshoot issues as needed. Vendor Management Monitor and manage new vendor onboarding and activation processes. Maintain vendor records and ensure timely communication with internal and external stakeholders. Financial Administration & Reporting Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities. Prepare and analyze AP reports for management review. Ad-Hoc Projects Lead or contribute to special projects and process improvement initiatives within the finance team. Requirements Knowledge and Skill Requirements Experience: Minimum 4+ years of experience in finance administration with a strong focus on Accounts Payable. Technical Skills: Mandatory experience with Oracle Fusion ERP. Proficiency in AP processes and financial systems. Language Skills: High level of English proficiency, both verbal and written. Soft Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
