Senior Finance Administrator - Work across all business units About the role We’re looking for a Senior Finance Administrator to join our growing corporate finance team. This is a full-time, permanent role and can be based in our Brisbane, Gladstone, Mackay, Melbourne, North Sydney, or Perth office. You’ll be responsible for managing finance processes, including journal uploads, cost allocations, and recharges across all of UGL’s Lines of Business. Accuracy is critical, you’ll need to spot when something doesn’t look right and resolve issues before they impact reporting. You’ll work closely with teams across the business to gather information, maintain automated templates, and ensure cost centres and codes are correct. Advanced Excel skills are essential, as you’ll be automating processes and creating new templates to make workflows more efficient. SAP experience is also essential. Key responsibilities Manage and process journals, cost allocations, and corporate recharges including journal uploads, manual journals, desk allocations, and insurance allocations. Process and validate recharges across fleet, telco, insurance, recruitment, and facilities. Maintain and improve Excel-based templates. Investigate and resolve discrepancies, ensuring accuracy of cost centres and allocations, and supporting month‑end deadlines. About you Background in finance, bookkeeping, or accounting. Advanced Excel skills (formulas, automation) and SAP experience. Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure during month end. Excellent communication and problem solving skills.
