QUALIFICATIONS

Essential:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
  • Qualified ACCA, ACA or CIMA accountant.

Desirable:

  • 3+ years of relevant multinational experience.
  • Supply chain finance experience in medical device or pharmaceutical industry an advantage.
  • Proven track record in multicultural business partnering.

Responsibilities:

  • Calculating, planning and analysis of the WW Joint Reconstruction PII reserve.
  • Collaborating closely with stakeholders and business partners across regions on submission and consolidation of relevant data.
  • Ensuring compliance to worldwide procedures (WWP) and SOX controls.
  • Creating value for the Global Ortho Plan function by developing strategies with business partners to improve efficiencies and deliver business plan targets, with a particular focus on the Joints business.
  • Driving financial accountability, ensuring that the financial implications of operational decisions are considered.
  • Accurate, timely, and complete financial forecasts, reports, submissions & analytics for the WW Joints PII reserve.
  • Ensuring alignment & transparency between P&L and Balance Sheet assumptions relating to the PII reserve.
  • Forecasting foreign currency exposure for monthly submission.
  • Maintaining the highest compliance standards and assisting in audit and SOX compliance testing.
  • Driving improvements within area of responsibility and challenging established norms and processes to deliver tangible benefits in scope of control, predictability, efficiency, and effectiveness.
