Based at the premium Quay Quarter Tower and working in a high performing team, the Senior Finance Analyst supports the office sector through accurate analysis and strategic reporting. This role partners with the business to drive portfolio performance, influence decision making, and champion continuous improvement in reporting processes. You will make an impact by: Delivering financial analysis, modelling and reporting across development and management assets. Owning budgets, forecasts and cash flow modelling to support portfolio performance and investment decisions. Preparing investment, governance and management reporting with clear commercial insights. Partnering with internal stakeholders to provide practical, value‑adding commercial advice. Supporting cost, contract and financial controls across projects and suppliers. About You You’re an experienced financial analyst, with expert knowledge of property finance. Ideally you hold or are working towards your CA. You will have: A tertiary qualification in Real Estate, Finance or Property discipline. Demonstrated understanding and experience within property or real estate finance. Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in a commercial finance role. Strong business writing and financial modelling skills. Experience with budgeting and forecasting. Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong stakeholder relationships. Strong strategic thinking and commercial acumen.
