We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Finance Analyst to join our Village Management team. In this role, overseeing NSW and ACT regions. This is a 12-month fixed term maternity cover, based in Sydney. Travel to our villages will be required.
At Keyton, we are one team, and our Sr Finance Analyst will embody our values every day. Reporting through to the Regional Finance Manager in Sydney, your key accountabilities in this role will include:

Connect as One Team

  • Build and foster professional relationships with various stakeholders both internal and external.
  • Support the Village Manager in the preparation and presentation of FY26 budgets, audited financial statements, and annual management meeting.
  • Assist Regional Finance Managers in informing of any training requirements for the village management team
  • Completion of Village Balance Sheet Reconciliations.
  • Completion of GST calculations, reconciliations, and submissions in line with Keyton tax timetable.
  • Preparation and collation of documentation to support annual audit requirements.

Realise Opportunities

  • Preparation of Retirement Village’s annual financial statements.
  • Preparation of Quarterly/Monthly Dashboard accounts for distribution to Village Manager and assist in presentation to Resident Committees.
  • Assist in the creation and implementation of finance-related policies and procedures for the finance established village portfolio.

Make Room for Kindness

  • Provide information and advice in a timely manner, seeking advice and escalating any items of concern or risk to the village or the business.
  • Ensure timely payment of outstanding balances to Keyton Corp in line with cashflow ability of the village.
  • Ensure villages are operating in accordance with each region’s retirement living act requirements.

Find the Fun

  • Support the team with process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiencies
  • Working collaboratively with the village teams on delivering positive financial outcomes for Keyton and the villages
