Description:
Responsibilities:
- Provide business partnering, financial modelling and business case support on project investment requests for the Merchandise business unit, reviews post implementation benefits to assess project effectiveness and communicates results
- Provide full P&L financial support on commercial merchandise arrangements, including Sales, Gross Profit, Costs and Inventory reporting.
- Analyse financial data and results to educate the merchandise business on the levers of success and opportunities to improve profitability to inform strategic decision making
- Assist in ad hoc projects and analysis and assist with value add projects on day to day duties and processes
- Assist as required:
- Delivery of merchandise performance reporting, metrics submissions and commentary for the Board & EGM
- Management and collaboration with key stakeholders to build detailed budgets and forecasts for the merchandise business
- Undertake presentation of monthly results and forecasts to key stakeholders, and highlight key risks and opportunities
