Qatar Airways is seeking experienced professionals for the role of Senior Finance Analyst – Revenue Management & Partner Alliances in Ahmedabad, India. This role supports Revenue Management (RM) and Strategic Alliances by providing financial analysis, contract‑based modelling, and accurate reporting for key Joint Business Agreements (JBAs). The position ensures correct partner settlements, supports audits, and maintains high‑quality RM financial reporting. Responsibilities: Build and maintain financial models based on JBA agreements, including revenue share, settlement rules, thresholds, and adjustments. Analyse monthly partner reports and validate revenue and cost inputs. Prepare scenario analyses to support leadership decisions on partner performance and contract changes. Support monthly and quarterly settlement calculations with alliance partners. Reconcile partner data with internal Revenue Accounting and RM teams. Ensure accurate GL mapping and adjustments for partner-related entries. Reconcile partner data with internal Revenue Accounting and RM teams. Act as a key point of contact for external auditors (e.g., EY) on AUP or audit requirements. Prepare supporting files, documentation, and reconciliations for partner audits. Maintain version control of accounting memos, settlement models, and partner documentation. Assist in monthly RM reporting packs including variances, COS%25, and partner linked KPIs. Support month end close through accruals, reversals, and validations for partner related revenue and cost lines. Contribute to forecasting cycles (7+5, 12+0) covering partner revenues, payouts, and related expenses. Work closely with Alliances, Revenue Accounting, RM, Commercial Finance, and external partner teams. Support budgeting for codeshare, interline, and alliance related costs and revenues. Together, everything is possible Qualifications Required: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, or related field. 4–8 years’ experience in FP\&A, Revenue Management, Commercial Finance, or similar. Experience with contract based modelling or airline partnership/JV/JBA work is a strong advantage. Experience working with multi national stakeholders and auditors preferred. Strong financial modelling skills (advanced Excel). Ability to translate contract clauses into financial calculations. Solid understanding of revenue sharing, airline partnerships, or commercial finance. Strong analytical and problem solving capability. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
