Job Description We now have an opportunity for a detail-oriented and analytical individual to join our Supply Chain Finance team as a Senior Finance Analyst, based at our Kensington head office in Adelaide. This is an exciting time to join OTR Group as we embark on a significant phase of growth, including the rollout of new warehouses across the country. As the Senior Finance Analyst – Supply Chain, you will play a critical role in supporting the Finance and Supply Chain teams to ensure systems, processes, and cost structures are set up accurately to reflect the true cost of our products. Bringing a strong commercial mindset, you will deliver high-quality financial analysis and insights that influence decision-making, drive performance improvements, and support the ongoing evolution of our supply chain network. Responsibilities: Provide insightful commercial analysis to support the Supply Chain team in driving improved financial outcomes. Partner closely with Supply Chain leaders to identify financial risks, opportunities, and efficiencies across the network. Support the rollout of new warehouses by ensuring accurate cost capture, system configuration, and financial controls. Lead the month-end close process for Supply Chain, including preparation of journals, reconciliations, and variance analysis. Deliver clear and actionable financial reporting to support operational and strategic decision-making. Qualifications CA or CPA qualified (highly desirable). Proven experience supporting Supply Chain in a finance or commercial analysis capacity. Strong background in supply chain finance, inventory management, logistics, or cost analysis. Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with competing priorities. Exceptional attention to detail with a high level of accuracy.
