Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to support Balance Sheet and Net Interest Income forecasting for the Home Lending portfolio. The senior analyst will contribute to annual budgeting as well as stress testing and running interest rate risk scenarios on the portfolio. In this role, you will: Lead or participate in the forecasting of all aspects of the Home Lending balances and associated income Review and analyze moderately complex data that contributes to large scale planning such as economic research in support of management decision making Research key forecasting projections as well as management of financial reporting to support monthly and quarterly forecasting Perform work on significant and unique issues involving data and evaluation or highly complex situations Develop strategies and make recommendations for forward financial planning in support of line of business goals Lead the implementation of financial transformation projects impacting the Home Lending line of business Establish effective and efficient reporting delivery that meets brand standard and internal control standards Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and mid-level managers in finance and treasury to resolve issues and achieve goals Exercise independent judgment while leveraging a solid understanding of the knowledge policies, procedures, and compliance requirements within the function Required Qualifications: 4+ years of Finance experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education Desired Qualifications: Balance Sheet and Stress test forecasting experience highly desired Strong technical skills including Essbase, Microsoft Office suite Excellent ability to communicate effectively, in both written and verbal formats, including to senior level leaders Demonstrated experience fostering strong partnerships, promoting teamwork, and influencing others Strong critical thinking skills combined with strategic business focus Sense of urgency, passion for results, and personal accountability for achievement Posting End Date: 18 Oct 2025 *Job posting may come down early due to volume of applicants.
