We are now looking for a Senior Compliance and Tax Accountant who will be tasked with ensuring Luxury Escapes meets all tax and regulatory compliance obligations across multiple jurisdictions.
This role will manage tax reporting, compliance frameworks, and regulatory requirements while identifying opportunities for process improvements and risk mitigation.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily accounting operations, journal entries, reconciliations, and ledger management.
  • Maintain the chart of accounts and ensure consistent accounting treatment.
  • Continuously improve month-end close and general ledger processes.
  • Support audit preparation by developing schedules and ensuring documentation is complete.
  • Implement automation tools and ERP system enhancements to drive efficiency.
  • Analyse monthly financial results with variance reporting against budget and forecast.
  • Manage preparation and lodgement of tax obligations across all jurisdictions.
  • Ensure compliance with local and international tax and regulatory requirements.
  • Oversee transfer pricing documentation and intercompany arrangements.
  • Maintain compliance with financial reporting standards, accounting principles, and governance frameworks.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance internal controls and mitigate risk.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external agencies to manage compliance and reporting.
  • Support CFO and finance leadership with compliance insights and strategic recommendations.
