ROLE OVERVIEW
Trevco, a global leader in the licensing and printing industry, is seeking a Senior Finance Associate to take on a high-impact role spanning our UK operations and global finance initiatives. While this position will have primary responsibility for steering the accounting and finance functions for our UK Group, it will also play a critical role in shaping consolidation processes, driving cross-border alignment, and supporting strategic projects in collaboration with both our U.S. parent company and international teams.
You will partner with senior leadership across regions to guide financial strategy, optimize performance, and ensure that our UK operations are seamlessly integrated into Trevco’s global framework. You will lead efforts to enhance reporting and analytics, improve operational efficiency, and deliver insights that directly inform strategic decision-making at both the local and global level.
Operating in a complex, fast-paced international environment, you will influence the company’s growth trajectory, strengthen our global finance capabilities, and help position Trevco for long-term success worldwide.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES…
- Lead and own the full-cycle accounting operations for Trevco’s UK entities, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and integrity in all financial processes, including month-end and year-end close, reconciliations, and reporting.
- Oversee statutory compliance and financial consolidations in accordance with IFRS and/or UK GAAP, while ensuring alignment with Trevco’s global accounting policies and standards.
- Manage intercompany relationships and transactions across the global group, proactively resolving variances, reconciling balances, and ensuring smooth cross-border financial flows.
- Drive FP&A initiatives for the UK Group, including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and performance tracking, while contributing to global consolidation and reporting cycles.
- Direct UK cash flow and working capital management, maintaining strong banking relationships, optimizing treasury functions, and ensuring liquidity to support business operations and growth.
- Serve as a strategic finance partner to UK leadership, collaborating closely with commercial, operational, and global finance teams to influence decision-making and shape business direction.
- Lead cross-border projects in partnership with the U.S. parent company and other international teams, supporting process integration, system enhancements, and strategic initiatives that impact multiple regions.
- Identify and implement process improvements to streamline workflows, enhance reporting capabilities, and strengthen internal controls across UK and global operations.
- Provide actionable insights and scenario analyses to inform leadership decisions on growth opportunities, investment priorities, and operational strategies.
