Organizational Context and Scope The senior Finance Associate is responsible for managing MPRR-SSA financial resources, preparing budgets, monitoring expenditures, and ensuring compliance with IOM and donor regulations. Under the general supervision of the Resource Management Officer (RMO) and the direct supervision of the National Finance Officer. the incumbent will assist in planning, leading, organizing and coordinating the MPRR-SSA activities of the finance unit to include but not limited to the following areas: Internal and External audit preparation, financial analysis, budgets and other financial issues in accordance with IOM Financial Management Rules and Procedures.
Responsibilities
The Senior Finance Associate manages financial resources, prepares budgets, and monitors expenditures for MPRR-SSA activities. They also ensure compliance with IOM and donor regulations while assisting in internal and external audit preparations.
