We are seeking a driven and versatile Finance professional to join our team. This is a high-impact role for a professional with 2–5 years of relevant experience who is passionate about financial excellence, continuous learning, and cross-functional collaboration.
As Senior Finance Associate, you will play a key role in financial modeling, deal evaluation, budgeting, and financial reporting—while also supporting a wide range of functions across our organization. You will have the opportunity to work closely with teams across disciplines, including operations, commercial, strategy, and business development.

Requirements:

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • A minimum of two years of experience in oil and gas finance - preferred with exposure to upstream, midstream, or energy private equity.
  • Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills.
  • Strong understanding of financial statements, valuation techniques, and budgeting processes.
  • Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical teams.
  • Proven self-starter with a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a continuous improvement mindset.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and support financial modeling and valuation for acquisitions, investments, and internal initiatives.
  • Perform deal evaluation and support negotiations with robust financial and operational analysis.
  • Manage budgeting and forecasting processes in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Partner with operations and commercial teams to evaluate performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Contribute to cash flow planning, capital allocation, and scenario analysis.
  • Support investor reporting and lender compliance, including covenant tracking and reporting.
  • Continuously identify and implement process improvements across the finance function.
  • Work closely with leadership to develop financial insights that drive strategic decisions.
