Job Description:
Join AXA as a Senior Finance Business Partner and play a pivotal role in driving the financial and commercial success of our Commercial business. You’ll have a small team of direct reports where you’ll lead the delivery of insightful financial analysis, influence decision-making at senior levels, and support sustainable growth through robust financial planning and strategic initiatives. You’ll have the opportunity to work closely with key stakeholders, manage complex financial metrics, and contribute to AXA’s ambitious Transformation agenda, ensuring our financial performance aligns with our long-term strategic goals.
You’ll develop and refine financial processes, monitor the execution of business plans, and provide forward-looking insights that shape business outcomes. You will lead diverse finance teams, evaluate investment opportunities, and influence business leadership to understand results and variances. Your expertise will support strategic investments, optimise financial metrics, and ensure robust deal structuring, all while fostering a culture of continuous learning and high performance within your teams.
At AXA we work smart, empowering our people to balance their time between home and the office in a way that works best for them, their team and our customers. You’ll work at least two days a week (40%) away from home, moving to three days a week (60%) in the future. Away from home means either attendance at one of our office locations, visiting clients or attending industry events.
