Senior Finance Business Partner – Tech Services 📍 United Kingdom | Hybrid | Permanent Are you a commercially minded Finance Business Partner looking to make a real impact in a high-growth SaaS business? ClearCourse is looking for a Senior Finance Business Partner (Tech Services) to partner with senior business leaders, providing financial insight that drives strategic decision-making and commercial performance. Working closely with the Head of FP&A, Group Operations Director, and business unit leaders, you'll take ownership of financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and performance across a portfolio of businesses. This is a highly visible role offering genuine influence, autonomy, and the opportunity to shape the future of a fast-growing, private equity-backed technology group. What you'll be doing: Partner with senior stakeholders to drive commercial performance and strategic decision-making Own budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting across multiple business units Deliver insightful analysis, financial modelling, and performance reporting for Executive and Board review Challenge and support business leaders to improve profitability and achieve growth targets Identify risks, opportunities, and trends, providing clear recommendations Continuously improve reporting, KPIs, and management information to support better business decisions Build strong relationships across Finance, Shared Services, and operational leadership teams We're looking for a commercially focused finance professional who enjoys partnering with stakeholders and influencing business performance.
