KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

  • Ability to interpret and communicate commercial insights to decision makers

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or related field
  • 5+ Years working experience in a similar role
  • CA / CPA certified or equivalent
  • Experience in the travel industry is desirable, but not essential
  • Experience in financial modelling, forecasting, and budgeting
Responsibilities

As the Senior Finance Business Partner, you will play a pivotal role in partnering with the ANZ General Manager’s and other key stakeholders to understand the key commercial drivers of the business and provide actionable insights to support decision making. The role is also responsible for the continuous review and improvement of processes, including interactions with other areas of the business, to determine process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness of finance and operations teams’ processes as well as automate and integrate wherever possible.
The role will involve training and mentoring members of the Planning and Reporting team and encompass process improvement reviews as well as participation in budgeting and reporting activities as required.
