Senior Finance Business Partner Manager

Key ResponsibilitiesPartner with senior leaders to provide commercial and financial insight.
Own the full P&L for multiple business areas.
Lead budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning processes.
Deliver meaningful financial analysis and performance reporting.
Identify business risks and opportunities, providing actionable recommendations.
Lead and develop a high-performing finance team.
Drive continuous improvement across financial reporting, systems and processes.
Support strategic initiatives through data-driven decision making.

About YouACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified.
5+ years' post-qualified experience in commercial finance or business partnering.
Strong commercial acumen with exceptional analytical skills.
Proven ability to influence and build relationships with senior stakeholders.
Advanced Excel skills; experience with Power BI, Oracle or Hyperion is advantageous.
An experienced people leader who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
