If you enjoy being visible, valued, and impactful - this role delivers.   What You’ll Be Doing You’ll play a pivotal role in driving performance and enabling smarter decisions across the business: * Partner with senior stakeholders to provide strategic financial guidance * Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning cycles * Deliver insightful analysis and performance reporting that drives action * Monitor KPIs, identify trends, and uncover opportunities for growth and efficiency * Translate complex data into clear, compelling business narratives * Own and enhance month-end reporting with a focus on accuracy and timeliness * Drive continuous improvement, including automation and BI innovation (Power BI) * Build strong, trusted relationships across teams to influence outcomes   About You You’re more than just technically excellent - you’re commercially curious, confident, and thrive in a fast-moving, collaborative environment.
