When we win, we win together. We are seeking a proactive and commercially minded Senior Finance Business Partner who will directly support the Strategy Business Partnering Lead. This role offers a unique opportunity that blends financial planning & analysis with strategic business partnering. As a key member of the Finance Business Partnering team, you will take ownership of core financial processes and reporting tools, ensuring accuracy, transparency, and alignment with business objectives. You will work closely with brand teams, financial control, and senior stakeholders to deliver high-quality analysis and support decision-making. This role is suited to someone who is motivated by building lasting impact, shaping how the business plans and executes, and strengthening partnerships across the organisation. Job Description Main Responsibilities: Acting as a strong business partner, supporting marketing and operational decision-making across the organisation Playing a key role in planning cycles, including budget, forecast and long-term planning (3-year plan) Collaborating with FP&A to aid monthly analysis, Flash submissions and accurate reporting Assessing and evaluating business cases and providing recommendations to support strategic decision-making. Delivering improved management information (including enhanced monthly reporting) & developing new reports as appropriate Fostering strong, collaborative working relationships with financial control to ensure timely and accurate reporting and working together to enhance processes Making a significant contribution to process improvements and automation initiatives within the finance function. Occasional: Preparing, as required, Strategic or Finance updates and other materials to be presented to senior audiences Qualifications Essential: Qualified Accountant e.g. CIMA, ACCA, ACA (3+years PQE) Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong working relationships and influence people Ability to work independently, sometimes under pressure, and meet challenging deadlines Collaboration with cross-functional teams Advanced Excel and Powerpoint skills Strong commercial acumen Desired (non-essential): Prior experience in a related industry Prior experience in marketing spend management and/or commercial finance Additional Information Competencies / behaviours Highly motivated, honest, approachable and collaborative individual Strong attention to detail Strong relationship building and interpersonal skill Continuously drive ongoing improvement What's in it for you?
