About the role:

As a Senior Finance Business Partner, you will act as a strategic advisor, working closely with senior management to drive business performance and provide insightful financial analysis. Your role will be essential in ensuring that financial decisions align with the company’s strategic goals and operational objectives.

Some of the key things you'll do: 

• Prepare and present detailed financial information, reports and annual financial statements for key stakeholders.
• Ensure financial practices are compliant with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Undertake strategic analysis and help identify financial trends for continuous improvement opportunities.
• Provide financial expertise and support to key projects where applicable.
• Build strong relationships with key stakeholders to drive positive outcomes.
• Drive automation and improve processes.
• Coach and develop junior team members.

What we’re looking for:

• Tertiary qualifications in Accounting, Finance or similar.
• CA/ CPA qualified or equivalent.
• Sound knowledge of accounting standards.
• Experience with ERP systems and Advanced MS Skills.
• Ability to present confidently, simplify complex information and communicate in a clear and concise manner.
