Key ResponsibilitiesPartner with business leaders to provide financial insights and support strategic decision making.
Analyse financial performance, trends and key business drivers across multiple data sources.
Interpret financial models and scenario analysis to support planning and forecasting activities.
Deliver high quality management reporting and performance commentary for senior stakeholders.
Challenge assumptions and provide recommendations to improve business outcomes and financial performance.
Build strong relationships across Finance and the broader business to influence decision making.

About YouProven FP&A, commercial finance or finance business partnering experience within banking or financial services.
Strong analytical capability with the ability to interpret complex financial information and identify key business drivers.
Experience working with planning and reporting tools such as TM1, Anaplan or similar platforms.
Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to influence senior leaders.
Commercially minded with a proactive approach to problem solving and decision support.
