Key ResponsibilitiesAs the Senior Finance Business Partner, you will:

• Lead budgeting, forecasting and financial planning across the organisation.
• Deliver insightful management reporting and financial analysis to support business decisions.
• Coordinate statutory reporting, audit activities and compliance obligations.
• Partner with operational leaders to provide strategic financial advice.
• Develop financial models, business cases and performance reporting.
• Drive continuous improvement across finance processes, governance and reporting.
• Mentor and support the finance team, fostering capability and high performance.

About YouYou're a commercially minded finance professional who enjoys partnering with stakeholders and using financial insights to drive business performance.You'll bring:

• CA or CPA qualification with a degree in Accounting, Commerce or Finance.
• At least 7 years' experience in financial accounting, management accounting or business partnering.
• Strong experience in budgeting, forecasting, management reporting and statutory reporting.
• Sound knowledge of Australian Accounting Standards, taxation and audit processes.
• Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills.
• Excellent analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• A proactive mindset with a passion for continuous improvement and leadership.
