Job Description
Metrify Smart Metering, born from Enpal B.V., is Germany’s leading independent metering operator, powering the digital transformation of the energy world with 50,000+ intelligent meters. From installation to data management, we make smart metering effortless for commercial customers, energy providers, and municipal utilities.
As Senior Finance Business Partner, you will own the numbers behind the growth: planning, controlling, reporting, and shaping strategic decisions. This is your chance to drive impact at the forefront of energy innovation.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Proven experience in FP&A, controlling, or finance business partnering in a high-growth, fast-moving environment
• Strong skills in financial modeling, budgeting, and reporting
• Experience with mentoring junior colleagues
• Excellent English; German is highly beneficial
• Hands-on, structured, and able to thrive in an agile, entrepreneurial setting

• Own FP&A for Metrify: budgeting, forecasting, business planning, and scenario analysis
• Build and maintain financial models to support decision-making and investor reporting
• Act as the main finance contact for central Enpal functions: Accounting, Treasury, FP&A
• Prepare reports, KPIs, and dashboards for senior management and investors
• Lead and mentor one junior finance team member, with the potential to expand to 2–3 FTEs
• Collaborate across functions to align financial planning with operational priorities
• Support strategic initiatives and ad-hoc analyses to guide the project’s growth
