ABOUT THE ROLE

• 
  Partner closely with hospital departments and external stakeholders to understand their needs, deliver financial insights, and offer innovative solutions that drive performance under complex conditions.
• 
  Deliver expert financial analysis and commercial advice, including the review of business cases, ROI assessments, and month-end reporting, to support critical investment and strategic decisions.
• 
  Lead performance reporting and management insights, identifying key trends and risks while helping senior leaders execute strategy and achieve operational excellence.
• 
  Coach internal stakeholders and mentor finance analysts, enhancing financial capability, supporting continuous development, and promoting best practices in financial planning and business intelligence.
• 
  Stay ahead of healthcare funding reforms and government regulations, ensuring finance practices remain compliant and aligned with broader system priorities
