This role will provide strategic direction to the Finance Business Partnering function and play a central part in shaping financial planning, performance, and decisionmaking across both Divisional and Academic areas. As a key member of the Financial Services Management Team, you will work closely with Executive Leaders and budget centre owners, offering financial insights, contemporary analysis, and forwardlooking guidance that supports effective resource allocation and longterm institutional sustainability.  A critical component of this role will be responsibility for leading and developing a specialised team of Finance Business Partners. You will have direct reports and will be accountable for ensuring the team delivers consistent, highquality financial support across multiple campuses. In this role you will oversee financial performance monitoring, manage budget planning and reporting processes, and foster strong relationships with senior stakeholders.
