This role requires a blend of technical expertise in financial reporting, tax strategy, and regulatory compliance, along with the ability to drive process excellence and partner with cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities Financial Accounting & Reporting Lead and manage all accounting operations, including general ledger, reconciliations, and period-end closures. Ensure accurate preparation of financial statements, dashboards, and management reports in line with applicable standards. Strengthen internal controls and financial policies to ensure transparency, accuracy, and audit readiness. Direct coordination with statutory, internal, and tax auditors to ensure smooth and timely audit completion. Ensure adherence to Ind-AS and other statutory reporting frameworks. Taxation & Regulatory Compliance Oversee all aspects of direct and indirect taxation including GST, TDS, and corporate tax filings. Manage tax assessments, audits, notices, and representation before regulatory authorities. Monitor changes in tax laws and regulatory landscapes; evaluate impact and recommend corrective actions. Lead tax planning initiatives to optimize liabilities, credits, and incentives. Ensure compliance with SEZ norms, transfer pricing policies, and other applicable financial regulations. Business Finance & Strategic Planning Partner with leadership to support financial planning, budgeting, and profitability analysis. Provide insights on cost optimization, tax structuring, and cash flow efficiency. Drive initiatives to improve financial processes, automation, and governance. Identify financial risks and implement strong mitigation and monitoring controls. Lead working capital planning, fund allocation, and treasury operations where required. Skills & Experience Required Chartered Accountant (CA) or equivalent professional qualification preferred. 8+ years of experience in accounting, taxation, financial compliance, and audit management. Strong working knowledge of tax laws, Ind-AS, statutory filings, and regulatory frameworks. Experience working with SEZ entities, export-driven organizations, or multi-entity structures (preferred). Proven ability to lead teams, manage stakeholders, and influence financial outcomes. Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and structured problem-solving mindset. \n
