Senior Finance & Controlling Manager (f/m/d) DACH

They act as a trusted Finance Business Partner for Vileda Professional Germany and Austria, supporting the management teams and being an active part of managing P&L , working capital, liquidity and strategic business performance .
To support informed decision-making, you create reports and transparent analyses , thereby generating actionable insights for management, customer and product P&Ls.
They are responsible for the operational planning process , including simulations and coordination, while keeping a holistic view of P&L, balance sheet, cash flow and working capital.
They monitor business development, identify risks and opportunities , and derive clear recommendations for strategic measures from financial developments .
Working closely with local, regional and global stakeholders, you continuously optimize our financial processes, systems and standards.
They manage and support local and global finance projects in close collaboration with the Global Director Finance & Controlling at Vileda Professional.

Successfully completed studies in business administration, finance, accounting or a comparable field.
Solid professional experience in operational business controlling , ideally in sales or marketing.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate complex data into clear insights and actionable recommendations.
Excellent user skills in SAP and MS Office, combined with an interest in process optimization, lean methods and digital finance topics.
Business acumen, strong communication skills, and a confident demeanor when dealing with diverse local and global stakeholders.
