Senior Finance & Controlling Manager (f/m/d) DACH

Your tasks

• They act as a trusted Finance Business Partner for Vileda Professional Germany and Austria, supporting the management teams and being an active part of managing P&L , working capital, liquidity and strategic business performance .
• To support informed decision-making, you create reports and transparent analyses , thereby generating actionable insights for management, customer and product P&Ls.
• They are responsible for the operational planning process , including simulations and coordination, while keeping a holistic view of P&L, balance sheet, cash flow and working capital.
• They monitor business development, identify risks and opportunities , and derive clear recommendations for strategic measures from financial developments .
• Working closely with local, regional and global stakeholders, you continuously optimize our financial processes, systems and standards.
• They manage and support local and global finance projects in close collaboration with the Global Director Finance & Controlling at Vileda Professional.

Your profile

• Successfully completed studies in business administration, finance, accounting or a comparable field.
• Solid professional experience in operational business controlling , ideally in sales or marketing.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate complex data into clear insights and actionable recommendations.
• Excellent user skills in SAP and MS Office, combined with an interest in process optimization, lean methods and digital finance topics.
• Business acumen, strong communication skills, and a confident demeanor when dealing with diverse local and global stakeholders.
