Description

Job Description: Collect, consolidate, and manage financial and operational data from multiple internal and external sources. Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity to support management reporting and decision-making. Develop and maintain structured financial databases and reporting frameworks to enhance the organization’s Management Information System (MIS). Support the preparation of annual budgets, rolling forecasts, and long-term financial plans. Develop and enhance financial models to analyze revenue, cost structures, profitability, cash flow, and overall financial performance across business units and projects. Prepare management dashboards and analytical reports to monitor KPIs at both corporate and project levels. Provide strategic advice to executives through data analysis and recommendations in reports or meetings. Qualifications: Education (Major): Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, Data Science, or related fields. Experience: 3–5 years of experience in FP&A, Financial Analysis, Business Analytics, Corporate Planning, MIS development, or Data Analytics roles, preferably in a medium-to-large organization. Technical & Analytical Skills (Hard Skills) Strong knowledge of accounting and finance principles. Solid understanding of financial statements, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and business performance analysis. Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling. Working knowledge of SQL and Business Intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent). Experience in data consolidation, reporting automation, and MIS development. Strong analytical, structured, and systematic thinking skills. Familiarity with Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW), data structures, and data governance concepts. Soft Skills High attention to detail and accuracy. Strong communication and data storytelling skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively under pressure.
