We are seeking an experienced Senior Finance Director to partner directly with our CEO and executive leadership team, driving financial strategy, commercial growth, and operational excellence across our global business.

This is a unique opportunity to move beyond traditional finance leadership and play a pivotal role in developing scalable commercial models, enabling AI-driven growth, and supporting international expansion.

• About the Role As Senior Finance Director, you will: Lead financial strategy, budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning
• Partner with the CEO and leadership team on key commercial, investment, and growth decisions
• Provide insights into SaaS and AI performance metrics, recurring revenue, profitability, and business performance
• Oversee financial reporting, governance, compliance, risk management, and controls
• Drive automation, scalable finance systems, and AI-enabled finance processes
• Build and lead a high-performing finance team that supports ongoing growth and innovation

• About You You are a commercially minded finance executive who combines strategic thinking with hands-on leadership. You'll bring: CA or CPA qualification
• Significant finance leadership experience within SaaS, technology, or high-growth businesses
• Strong understanding of recurring revenue models, SaaS metrics, and AI-driven business economics
• Experience leading budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and governance frameworks
• Proven ability to influence executive decision-making and support business growth
• A track record of building teams, systems, and processes that scale
