Full job description

Provide financial reports and interpret financial information to managerial staff while recommending further courses of action.

Perform closing activities on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis .

Manage the preparation of the company’s budget.

Review and analyze financial data and create reports on financial status based on the analysis results.

Verify monthly invoicing to the clients.

Advise on investment activities and provide strategies that the company should take

Maintain the financial health of the organization.

Analyze costs, pricing, variable contributions, sales results and the company’s actual performance compared to the business plans.

Conduct reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities.

Oversee operations of the finance department, set goals and objectives, and design a framework for these to be met.

Liase with auditors to ensure appropriate monitoring of company finances is maintained.

Correspond with various other departments, discussing company plans and agreeing on future paths to be taken.

Minimum 8 years of relevant finance/accounting experience.

Candidates with experience in manpower, staffing, recruitment, or similar service-based companies are highly preferred.

Qualifications

Masters / Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

A minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting or finance

Strong knowledge budgeting and cost controlling

Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent organizational and communication skills

Pay: AED4,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
