Job Description Acumatica is hiring a Senior Finance Lead to report to our Director of Finance, GTM, and support our Sales and Marketing organizations. In this role, you will: Partner cross-functionally to support annual planning, quarterly forecasting, and performance tracking for bookings, revenue, and key SaaS metrics. Create financial models, including forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning for existing and new revenue streams. Own all headcount and non-headcount expenses for GTM organizations. Partner with GTM leadership to provide actionable insights through financial models, KPI dashboards, and variance analysis, aligning investment strategies with revenue growth targets. Qualifications 5-10 years of experience in FP&A roles partnering with business leaders. SaaS experience is a plus. Strong analytical, forecasting, and financial modeling capabilities. Advanced Excel skills. Growth mindset with a curiosity to learn new skills and readily tackle complex new assignments. Passion for serving the business and earning business partners’ trust. Strong work ethic, based on a desire to consistently exceed internal customers’ expectations. Ability to effectively collaborate with other members of the Finance team and other cross-functional contributors and stakeholders. For this role, the salary range is $140,000-$165,000 annually. This range represents the low and high end of the salary range for this job and may vary based on location. The actual salary offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including skills, qualifications, experience and other relevant elements.
