Your Job We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Finance Manager to oversee financial planning, reporting, budgeting, and operational finance activities. The ideal candidate will support business growth through accurate financial analysis, process optimization, and strong financial governance. Responsibilities Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports Manage budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes Monitor cash flow, working capital, and financial performance Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal controls Lead month-end and year-end closing activities Coordinate with external auditors, tax advisors, and financial institutions Develop financial models and business cases to support strategic initiatives Identify opportunities for cost optimization and operational efficiency Partner with department heads to provide financial guidance and insights Requirements 5+ years of experience in finance, accounting, or controlling roles Solid Knowledge of IFRS and HGB Strong knowledge of financial reporting and budgeting processes Experience with ERP systems and advanced Excel skills Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities German on a mother tongue level, fluent in English Preferred/Pluses: Experience in multinational or fast-paced environments Familiarity with BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau Process improvement and automation mindset Leadership and team management experience Benefits Work in an exciting industry: Join a company at the heart of the gaming world — a creative, passionate environment that’s as fun and dynamic as the games we help bring to life.
