Description

Tasks:

Building and managing the finance department : You will build our finance team and work closely with other departments as well as the finance department of our parent company, ensuring transparent financial communication and scalable and smooth financial processes within the company.
Accounting and bookkeeping : You will be responsible for preparatory accounting in the BlueMetering system, ensuring the timely transmission of incoming and outgoing invoices to the financial accounting department of BRUNATA-METRONA, serving as the contact person for accounting and tax-related questions, and assisting in the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements in accordance with German Commercial Code (HGB).
Financial planning and forecasting : You develop long-term financial plans and forecasts for revenue, costs, liquidity and analyze potential scenarios taking into account operational and strategic goals.
Reporting and financial analysis : You prepare meaningful monthly reports for management and the parent company, conduct ad-hoc financial analyses to support business decisions and identify deviations in financial key figures.
Strategic finance projects and prospects for leadership responsibility : After successful onboarding, you will take on further strategically important tasks such as negotiations with financing partners or project costing. In the long term, assuming a leadership position is possible.

Expertise

You have completed a degree in business administration and have several years of experience in the financial sector.
You have good to very good knowledge of German Commercial Code (HGB) and sound experience in financial modeling (financial planning, liquidity planning, project costing).

Expertise

Ideally, you already have experience in a startup or scale-up environment, preferably also in the field of energy management.
Ideally, you already have some initial leadership experience or have managed projects.
You have a strong affinity for IT and are confident in using Excel, ERP systems and new tools.
